I'd welcome a bit more information about the usual contents of your veg boxes. I realise that some things are going to be seasonal, but what staples do you include please?

the only staples are potatoes. Everything else is rotated although you can have extras every week if you wish. We normally put a brassica - cauli/cabbage/romanesque in each week and there is usually some other root veg, carrots being quite regular. for contents see http://www.kentvegbox.co.uk/4.html hope that helps Steve
